Responsibilities:
- Maintain building automation systems, with a focus on Niagara and Distech platforms.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to BAS equipment and software.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to execute projects effectively and on schedule.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a BAS Controls Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in Niagara and Distech systems is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation principles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Niagara, Distech) are a plus.
