Leicester-based recovery specialist Harper Cavendish confirmed that it was now looking after Birmingham-based Armoury, with Jason Groocok and Stuart Garner from the company as joint administrators.
The administrators have not yet made themselves available for comment, however, and it is not known how many, if any, of the 90 employees will be able to keep their jobs.
Armoury Demolition was founded in 1986 and has worked on a wide range of demolition and recycling projects. It also has an aggregates supply business.
