Polypipe now has WRc approval for its complete Ridgistorm-XL pipe and chamber range from 750mm up to 3000mm.
Tests on the 2400mm, 2700mm and 3000mm Ridgistorm-XL pipes were carried out and witnessed by the WRc in accordance with BSEN 13476-1-2-3, the European standard for structured-wall pipes. This testing covers criteria including the material analysis, creep, stiffness and resistance to impact.
The approval also extends to all work carried out by Polypipe’s in-house fabrications department in Loughborough, the design software used to engineer the stiffness classification (for SN1 to beyond SN8), Polypipe’s installation manual and guidance.
