Deeley is working on a £2.8m contract to extend Warwick Medical School’s Mechanochemical Cell Biology Building (MCBB). The extension is set to be handed over in March 2016.

It has also started on a £3.5m contract with Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) to build a new two-storey facility for engineering research. The new site is an expansion of the campus’ existing facilities and is set to be spread over 16,800 sq ft. This project is expected to be complete by April 2016.

Deeley Construction managing director Martin Gallagher said: “It’s a great testament to the company to have landed two major contracts at the University of Warwick. We have worked with WMG very recently and to land another project with them is the best possible endorsement for the work we have done for them previously.”
