Lisa Bowden joins GB from Shepherd Construction, bringing public sector experience gained on projects including the £50m Blackpool Talbot Gateway regeneration scheme and the £400 million Manchester Joint Hospitals project.

She joins a group of sector specialists at GB, comprising: residential director Paul Turner; care sector directors Karen Whitehead and Marion Adkins; and student accommodation director Dan Spencer.
Lisa Bowden will be based at GB’s Stockport office.
