Khansaheb will more than double the size of the existing mall from 32,000m2 to 70,000m2 and build a new car park for 2,400 cars.
Client for the project is Middle East developer Majid Al Futtaim.
Khansaheb general manager Steve Flint said: “This contract win demonstrates Majid Al Futtaim Group’s ongoing confidence in Khansaheb’s capabilities in the retail sector, as it closely follows the successful expansion of Dubai’s premier shopping centre, Mall of the Emirates.”
The project will be phased to enable existing shops to stay open.
Completed is expected by July 2018.
