Client for the project is by the Health Campus Partnership, formed by Watford Borough Council, West Hertfordshire Health Trust (WHHT) and Watford Football Club.
The Health Campus Partnership has been established to regenerate land in Watford and the surrounding area, creating new office, retail and industrial space and the potential for 1,600 new local jobs.
The contract will deliver a 375,000sq ft mixed-use development, including new hospital facilities, up to 650 homes, a 37,500sq ft office building for WHHT, and a large multi-storey car park.

Kier will be working with the Health Campus Partnership to complete the financial and legal aspects of the contract agreement by December 2012.
