Turner & Townsend’s covers the entire project from the design stage to practical completion, which is set for 2017.
The centre is located in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone and will consist of R&D facilities, conference rooms, staff canteen and commercial units. The 174,000m2 development includes two 137m-high tower blocks and a podium building.
