Dave Hooper, an executive director of Osborne since 2012 and managing director of its infrastructure division, is leaving in June, the company has announced. It did not say where he is going.
Group chief executive Andy Steele said: “Dave has taken the decision to leave Osborne to pursue his career interests elsewhere. He is currently working with the senior management team on a handover process and we will announce his successor in due course.”
Mr Hooper joined Osborne in 2010 from London Underground to head up its rail business and joined the group board in April 2012. He has spent most of his career in the railways, starting with Railtrack in 1991.
