It will provide cost estimating, project support and consultancy services for the scheme in Mozambique, which is being developed by Italian multinational oil and gas company Eni.
Eni entered Mozambique in 2006 with a concession contract. The Mamba complex, discovered in 2011, is the biggest operated discovery in the company's history.
Eni and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation - the operator of the adjoining concession area - aim to plan and construct joint LNG liquefaction facilities in the Cabo Delgado Province of northern Mozambique.
