Construction sites across the South West of England within the operating area of Wessex Water Services Ltd.
II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This qualification system has been established to provide the opportunity for suppliers to express their interest in providing reinforced metal construction supplies to Wessex Water; rebar for construction of concrete tank structures.
Suppliers are invited to apply for the relevant category as detailed within the this notice and the Jaggaer system.
The qualification system may be used for the selection of suppliers to participate in procurement procedures regulated by the Utilities Contract Regulations.
Wessex Water gives no guarantee of tendering opportunities nor the volumes or value of works and professional services being awarded via the qualification system.
Wessex Water will not be liable for the suppliers costs of responding to this Notice or to any subsequent pre-qualification or tender document or other stages of any procurement process.
Wessex Water do not permit duplicate organisation registrations within the portal used for the qualification system. To check whether your organisation is already registered, please email eprocurement [at] wessexwater.co.uk
Suppliers who are registered on the qualification system may update their own details at any time and can manage access for other users within their organisation.

Where required by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, a standstill period will be incorporated at the point information on the award of the contract is notified to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period will be for a minimum of ten calendar days, which provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the framework agreement or contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 No 274) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England and Wales).
