Office Manager - High Street Kensington

Job Description

Office Manager - High Street Kensington - £30,000 to £40,000

My client, a forward thinking real estate brokerage for the world's most discerning property owners and tenants within prime Central London locations, are seeking an Office Manager to join their team in High Street Kensington.

Duties:

  • Head the day-to-day operations of their high-end real estate brokerage, overseeing the operational functions, team performance, finances and marketing.
  • Track, manage and optimise business operations to ensure the agents align with the company values of offering a personalised service
  • Support the director with leading their growth plan and overseeing the expansion
  • Tracking business KPIs
  • Managing the company diary and inbox
  • HR responsibilities (recruitment, onboarding, training on systems, supporting with appraisals)
  • Support accounts with managing company finances including credit control, lettings accounts, invoicing
  • AML audits and approvals
  • Ensure CRM system is up to date
  • Organise company events



Experience Required:

  • At least 4 to 5 years' solid experience as an office manager within an estate agent
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with XERO it desirable
  • Excellent team player and strong communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive


Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, some flexibility may be required depending on the needs of the business
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, discretionary bonus
