Estimator/Surveyor
Clitheroe, Lancashire
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Progression to Directorship + Development + Great package + Immediate start
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator/Surveyor to join a rapidly growing Roofing and Cladding Contractor working on industrial and commercial refurbishments in the North of England. This role is predominantly an estimation role, with an involvement in surveying as well.
The company has been established for over 15 years and is run by an industry leader within the Roofing and Cladding sector. This firm is looking to double its turnover this year, so it needs an Estimator/Surveyor to head up the department as it grows. Long term,, you'll benefit from limitless progression as you help grow their commercial department, as well as the chance to learn from an industry leader.
Your role as an Estimator/Surveyor will include:
* Estimation, tendering and work winning
* Surveying and takeoffs
The successful Estimator/Surveyor will need:
* Estimating and surveying experience
* Experience in the roofing and cladding industry
* Commutable to Clitheroe
* Full UK working rights
