The DE&S Specialist EOD&S, Exploitation and Countermeasures (SEEC) delivery team intends to award a contract for an online catalogue of support, training, and welfare equipment for Military Working Dogs (MWD). The catalogue of products includes a diverse range of equipment, including but not limited to; dog waste bags, leads, and harnesses, through to made to measure dog handler bite suits, specialist training aids and agility equipment.
The contract is for five years with options to extend by an additional two years making the contract a maximum of seven years in duration. The expected spend over the the full seven years is £3.1M.

All items supplied are to be of a suitable standard and quality that enables the Authority to continue to meet the five dog welfare needs listed in the Animal Welfare Act 2006 (lhttps://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/45/contents) and detailed in the DEFRA Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs 2017 (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/code-of-practice-for-the-welfare-of-dogs).
