West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) (the Authority) seeks competitive tenders to provide a planned and Reactive service relating to building fabric services across a range of WYCAs portfolio of properties and on-street assets located in the five districts of West Yorkshire.

A minimum of 3 year contract with an 1+1 optional year optional extension (so a possible 5 year term). Maintenance and Repair Contract as described in this specification shall be subject to schedule of rates, hourly rates and material uplift, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24 hour call out service. WYCA may wish to extend the period of the agreement if required and agreed by all parties. The extension period will be one year. The maximum contract duration would be five years.
