QUANTITY SURVEYOR VACANCY BIRMINGHAM - Cost Consultancy Stafford Lawrence is seeking to recruit a for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant for a job vacancy with a well known Cost Consultancy for their Birmingham West Midlands office. The current vacancy is due to continued growth for the company. They are seeking a Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy professional with experience of Mixed Use , Commercial Residential and Education projects. Our client will consider candidates who are currently working towards APC. Qualifications -A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Background - In addition, experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK. Our client is open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK, to the Birmingham area, as well as candidates already based in the area. Sector Experience -Our client is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure and Entertainment, Retail, Education. Pre and Post Contract. General Experience -The ability to manage your own projects and clients under some supervision and work as part of a team. Some experience of mentoring less experienced members of the team. Reporting- The role will report to the Director of the Birmingham office. SALARY & BENEFITS This is a permanent full time position based in Birmingham. Salary Package - Negotiable for the right person, there is some flexibility around the banding provided by our client of £38,000- 45,000 In addition: Bonus - Discretionary Bonus Pension- Company Pension Scheme Other Benefits: Paid professional subscription, in addition to other company social and benefit schemes, holiday allowance
