Site Manager job in Boston, Lincolnshire for a quality regional housebuilder. The role offers a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance £5k + Bonus + 25 days Holiday + Early finish on Fridays.
They deliver high-specification housing and has an A rating from NHBC for consistent quality. They produce mixed tenure developments, partnering with Local Authority and Housing Associations to provide affordable housing solutions, producing housing estates from 50 units to multi-phased development of 500 units across Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Construction Manager / Construction Director, you will be joining their initial site in Boston and other future sites in Lincolnshire.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on developments of 50 - 500 units
- Ensure that the production work is carried out efficiently, safely and timely
- Working closely with the support team at head office
- Liaise with sales staff and customer care teams effectively
- Plan and monitor site progress
- Comply with & implement the company's policies & procedures and follow up to date regulations / legislation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as site manager
- Consistent background
- Previous experience working for a housebuilder as a site manager
- Lives in Lincolnshire or commutable to Lincolnshire
- SMSTS and CSCS
- Level 6 or 7 Construction Management would be preferable
- MCIOB would be preferable but not essential.
