Construction work will get under way later this year on a £350m shopping development in Leeds.
Developer Land Securities will announce this week that it has secured enough tenants for the Trinity Leeds scheme to start work on site, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The 1m sq ft development in the centre of Leeds will feature 120 retail outlets.
It was one of numerous retail schemes mothballed during the recession.
Construction of the Trinity Leeds development is expected to be completed in 2012.
