The project will create between 3,000 and 4,500 m² of new build space. The client proposes entering into a single stage design and build contract. Design development to RIBA Stage E is underway.
The building scope may include external landscaping, multiple level link bridge connections and alterations to existing adjacent buildings, including full over-cladding, internal layout alterations and services alterations. Highway works to calm traffic to Vicarage Street may also form part of the contract.The building will also be designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
