Hampshire and Surrey Local Areas Construction Framework is intended to be available to all public sector and not-for-profit organisations in Hampshire, Surrey, the Isle of Wight and adjoining areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and West Sussex. It will complement the Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE) construction framework for major projects over £1m.
The framework is divided into three lots. Lot 1, worth an estimated £32m over the four years, covers the north of Hampshire as well as Berkshire and Wiltshire. Lot 2, estimated value £60m, is for the south of Hampshire, Ise of Wight, East Dorset and West Sussex. Lot 3, also estimated at £30m, covers Surrey.
