The Grade II listed Mayfair office building is primarily a solid masonry structure over six-storeys from the basement to the fourth floor. The existing flat roof and mansards will be replaced as part of the works, with alterations made to external vaults, drainage and rear staircase in accordance with detailed external protection measures.
Work is scheduled to complete this summer.
