The £6.34m contract is for a 3,000 square metre, three-storey building to house classrooms, tutorial rooms and student services.
The design has been specified to be “similar and sympathetic in appearance to” the Leonardo House arts and science block on the north side of the existing quadrangle, completed in 2008.
