Eight contractors have been chosen by Homes for Islington for a new-build housing framework, worth up to £60m over the next four years.
The contractors are: Breyer; Durkan; Rooff; Rydon; Apollo; Mansell;
Mulalley; Higgins.
Homes for Islington is an Arms Length Management Organisation set up by the London Borough of Islington to run the council’s housing.
The design and build works are anticipated to be worth between £7.5m to £15m per annum over the four-year framework. However, this is dependent on funding and the successful application of grant funding from various organisations.
The framework is divided into three lots:
- Band 1 - up to £1m;
- Band 2 - £1m to £4m;
- Band 3 - over £4m.
