ISG has won a £14m contract from Blackstone Group to build student accommodation in Notting Hill, west London.
The 272-bed development will include a gym, lounge area and six individual work space units on the ground floor.
Work on the 89,294 sq ft building is due to start this month, and is scheduled for completion by summer 2011.
