Mansell has won an £8m contract to construct 15 luxury residential apartments with basement and car park in Bayswater, London for Seahorse International Holdings.
The five-storey development will consist of a reinforced concrete frame with stone cladding.
A natural sedum roof will enhance the building’s green credentials and increase the thermal and sound insulation of the building. A sustainable water retention solution will also reduce storm water run off.
A six metre deep basement will provide car parking for 19 cars and a car lift.
Construction work is anticipated to be completed in December 2011.
