Morrison Facilities Services has signed a £20m extension to its contract with Manchester-based Northwards Housing to provide repairs and maintenance services.
The Anglian Water subsidiary has been working for the housing association since September 2006, and the new agreement will extend that relationship by a further two years and eight months.
The contract covers the provision of day to day repairs, voids and specialist services to 12,500 properties across North Manchester, and is worth in excess of £20m.
It will be delivered by Manchester Working Limited, Morrison’s joint venture with Manchester City Council, which carries out repairs and maintenance to over 16,000 homes across the North West.
