When A-Plant announced that it had taken over Hoist-It earlier this month, the purchase price was not disclosed.
However, parent company Ashtead’s half-year results statement today reveals that A-Plant paid £4m in cash for the entire share capital and took on £1m of Hoist-It’s debt.
