Sébastien Dupont is the new managing director for consultancy for Systra UK & Ireland and joins the executive board.
He replaces Craig Scott, who is stepping down from the board but retaining an advisory role within the business. Craig Scott previously worked for TSP Projects and joined Systra when it acquired TSP in 2019.
Sébastien Dupont joined Systra in 2017 as chief financial officer for Latin America based in Brazil before moving to London in 2019 as international chief financial officer, responsible for UK, Nordics, South America and North & Western Africa. He led the integration of TSP Projects, an acquisition that doubled the size of Systra’s UK transport and infrastructure business.
Systra Ltd’s board for UK & Ireland is now: Nick Salt, Steve Higham, Sébastien Dupont, Mike Muldoon, Suzanne Walker, Stephen Andrews and Paul Morgan.
Chief executive Nick Salt said, “I am delighted that Sébastien has agreed to join Sysytra Ltd. He is an astute business leader with significant international experience and will form a significant part of our leadership team as we continue on our journey of sustainable growth.”
Sébastien Dupont said, “Moving to the UK has been one of the highlights of my career so far. After working with a vast network of international entities across multiple continents, I am now delighted to shift my focus to the UK & Ireland market in order to support our clients deliver on decarbonisation and sustainability.”
Systra is owned by French state transport operators SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer) and RATP (Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens).
