It is a national contract, including tampers and ballast regulators, and over seven years is estimated to have a potential value of between £110m and £120m.
Balfour Beatty Rail managing director Peter Anderson said: “We are delighted that we have been awarded this seven-year contract and very much look forward to continuing our long-term relationship with Network Rail.
“The agreement further highlights the benefit in investing in new machines for the future and we are pleased to see our investment making such a positive impact to the infrastructure.”
