MR Facility Services has an annual turnover of approximately €4m (£3.3m) and employs 40 people. The company offers services relating to technical installations, domestic services and estate management for retail, office and residential properties.
BAM Deutschland is expanding its capacity in the sector to enable it to continue to respond to increasing demand, including schemes in relation to its own portfolio of PPP projects.
MR Facility Services was founded by its owners Thomas Merkl and Jürgen Rixner, who will be joined on the board by a representative of BAM Deutschland.
