BAM will build a B&Q store along with a Costa Coffee Drive Thru restaurant and a Marstons pub/restaurant.
Gallagher has been working with Inverclyde Council on the regeneration of the former Scott Lithgow and East Glen Yards in Port Glasgow. To date, it has invested more than £40m on realignment of the A8 trunk road, providing a new civic square, and undertaking environmental improvements to the foreshore of the River Clyde, as well as building a Tesco Extra store.
