Under a contract valued at £13.8m - £2m below initial estimate – Barr will expand the Tollcross Leisure Centre. The centre already has a 50m competition pool. Barr will add a new 6-lane 50m warm-up poolat the rear of the building and a new community facility at the front to replace the fire damaged Shettleston Burgh Halls.
External works include drainage, car parking, paving, lighting and service diversions
