Go Hire ceased trading on 5th January 2015 and became a specialised groundworks depot for Beaver 84, covering the Midlands and the southwest.
The Go Hire team, led by depot manager Morton Bartleet, transferred to Beaver 84 as part of the deal.
Beaver 84 managing director Steve Tysoe said: “Go Hire is a perfect fit. It gives us more leverage in the middle of the country and further extends our groundworks rental portfolio nationally.”
Beaver 84 is part of the Altrad Group, which bought it from SIG in 2011 for £7.1m.
