The company, established in 1977, has grown from a one-man operation into one of Yorkshire’s bigger fit-out contractors, with more than 100 direct employees.

Chairman Balbir Panesar said: “Yorkshire and Bradford will always be the centre of our operations. However we realise that in order to win more business we need to have a London presence. I will be going to London on a regular basis to develop business by networking with existing and new clients.”

Founder Balbir Panesar moved up to chairman at the start of the year, with his son Sohan Panesar assumes day-to-day control of the business as managing director.

Sohan Panesar said of the expansion plans: “We’ve been quietly successful, winning repeat business thanks to the commitment and quality of our team approach to projects. The time has come to shout about our expertise and abilities, and the management team felt it was important for our growth to have a physical presence in the UK’s largest market from where we can sell our services.”
