The council intends to appoint four contractors to a four-year framework agreement.
The work includes external insulated cladding and repairs to 19 low-rise and 17 high-rise residential blocks across the city. Contractors will be required to carry out structural repairs to concrete frames and external walls, and renew windows and insulated roof coverings.
