Refurbished to an incredibly high standard around six years ago, the property was fitted with a standard push fit plumbing system on the advice of the project’s plumber. Over time however, the hot water and towel rail circuits started to fail, leading to splits in the pipe work, which subsequently caused the system to leak. As a result, we cut unobtrusive access panels into the floors and walls to feed the pipe through. Similarly, the use of the new Proclamp tool made installation even easier due to its light weight and the ability to operate it with just one hand.”
