The £20m project will be split across a number of sites in and around Birmingham, including regeneration areas of Kings Norton and Northfield.
Capita Symonds will manage the entire process from site surveys to handover.
The company’s services are being provided under the government’s £750m Buying Solutions Project Management & Full Design Team Services Framework, the UK’s biggest multidisciplinary public sector framework for property and construction services.
