Carillion has already worked with Partick on contracts for more than seven years. However, it is now also taking on gas maintenance work as well.

Richard Potts from Carillion Energy Services (CES) said: “Our shared objective of achieving first time fix on repairs, through tenant-led appointments will allow the maintenance service to be delivered as conveniently as possible for customers.  In addition to housing maintenance we will work with Partick to support their new corporate plan and vision; getting closer to communities. Both our organisations are committed to offering training and development opportunities to sustain local employment and wider action as well as improving efficiency and delivering value for money.”
