Up to 32 companies are expected to be selected for one or more of the six lots and share in a £35m pot over the next four years.
The lots are:
- Lot 1 - General building works under £100,000
- Lot 2 - General building works from £100,000 to £250,000
- Lot 3 - General building works from £250,000 to £500,000
- Lot 4 - General building works including design £250,000 to £500,000
- Lot 5 - Demolition works under £50,000
- Lot 6 - Demolition works £50,000 to £250,000.
