The octagonal office block is in Throgmorton Street and Copthall Street in the Square Mile. Developer NG Properties has applied for permission to strip the building back to its shell, re-fit it and re-clad.
The plan by Fletcher Priest Architects will increase the available floor space from 392,645 sq ft to 471,706 sq ft.
