The agreements are with Alpha Corporation, based in Washington DC, and VVA of New York City.
Cyril Sweett said that the deals would give it more access to the North American construction market and to US-based global clients.
Chief executive Dean Webster said: "Together with our partners, we will combine our individual services to offer existing and potential corporate clients local expertise and knowhow across the world's major financial and industrial trade hubs in Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe and North America."
