The framework covers the majority of the social housing provider’s development programme, excluding Section 106 schemes, and lasts for up to four years.
Denne was on L&Q’s previous framework agreement and has been working for it since 2003, having recently delivered a development of 123 apartments in Southbury Road, Enfield.
Denne is currently undertaking a £35m regeneration project at South Kilburn and the redevelopment of Rushey Green in Lewisham on behalf of L&Q.
