Main contractor BAM Construction has appointed Dunne to supply the £5m substructure and superstructure package for the Sky Blue's new academy development, which will open in time for the 2014-15 season.

Dunne’s second score is in central London with a contract to provide a new £4.5m commercial building in Chancery Lane for developer Derwent, creating a mix of new office and retail space in the City. Dunne will be providing all the necessary labour, plant and material to complete the basement dig, the installation of raft foundations and drainage before proceeding to complete the precast and insitu concrete frame.

Thirdly, Brookfield Multiplex has given Dunne a £7m contract to provide a multi-storey car park at the site of the New South Glasgow Hospital campus, which is scheduled for overall completion in July 2015. Dunne previously built the concrete frames for the main hospital buildings on the project (pictured above).

Dunne Building & Civil Engineering managing director Kevin Graham said: “These prestigious projects will have a number of challenges, but with our in-house ability to provide all elements of the structure, the design and installation of the PT systems from within our business model, this will further enhance our reputation as a builder of first choice for such high profile projects.”
