Wandsworth Borough Council appointed the contractor to add a further 38 council homes to the Rollo Estate in Battersea by building onto disused land at the back.
The Rollo Estate project funding comes from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
Durcan’s bid was the lowest of six bidders.
