Richard Marriott, head of lenders and investors for EC Harris in Asia said: “David’s knowledge of the region and diverse experience across a host of different infrastructure sectors will make him a real asset when it comes to advising clients on complex issues including how to ensure multi-billion pound infrastructure schemes remain commercially viable and deliver a secure level of return.”

Stollard added: “Southeast Asia is seeing a massive demand for infrastructure development across the water, transportation and energy sectors. However, there can be a high level of risk with schemes of this nature in the region, so investors will want to see thorough evidence of how these issues can be mitigated before committing capital."

EC Harris currently works on the Singapore Sports Hub project and for several other clients across the ASEAN region including Shell and Changi Airports International.
