Highmead is a 0.6 hectare site located in Angel Edmonton in north London, close to Tottenham Hotspur’s White Hart Lane ground.
The council wants a high quality housing development that will act as a catalyst for change and attract people to buy into the area. The Highmead development has detailed planning consent for 120 residential properties, a 1,092 m2 commercial parade positioned on the main high street and a 180m2 community building.
The site currently has a residential tower block and a low-rise residential and commercial block. These are to be demolished.
