Scottish Hydro Electric (SHE) Transmission has selected AlstomEnterprise for turnkey projects in eastern Scotland under a framework deal.
SHE Transmission is responsible for 5,300km of high voltage overhead lines and underground cables serving around 70% of the land mass of Scotland. The framework agreement covers the design, supply, installation, construction, commission and project management of a variety of transmission voltage substations in its licensed transmission area. The contract award is for five years, with the option of a four-year extension.
