The project, which is worth about €30m (£26m), will be carried out by Mostostal Kraków, a Budimex subsidiary that specialises in the assembly of steel structures and equipment installation for the cement, energy, metallurgical and chemical industries.
The complex will include three furnaces distributed in several buildings, a recovery boiler in a separate building and a nine-storey annex for power generation.
