Rollo UK operates primarily in the marine and power generation sectors and has 34 employees transferring to Finning.
Finning said that the deal gave it a highly specialised and skilled workforce whose expertise in the support of marine and power generation equipment will complement its own core Caterpillar based support capability.
The business will now be known as 'Rollo Power Solutions, a trading Division of Finning (UK) Ltd' and will be managed as part of Finning’s Power Systems business.
As part of the sale, Finning has acquired three new branch locations in Grimsby, Bristol and Chatham, which will join its national network of 24 branches in UK and Ireland.
