Forrest scores with quadruple nomination

5 May 11 Forrest " the Preston headquartered social housing regeneration specialist " has been nominated for four awards.

The business has been shortlisted in three categories for the Housing Excellence Awards and in one for the Environment and Energy Awards.

The Housing Excellence Awards is an annual event which recognises leaders from the North of England’s social housing sector. Forrest has been shortlisted in the Contractor of the Year, the Customer Service and the Energy Efficiency categories.

Forrest has also been nominated in the NEMEX Renewables Innovation categoryat The Environment and Energy Awards.

The business is in contention for this national award after completing a green retrofit programme to 107 BISF properties for Helena Partnerships on a housing estate in St. Helens for which it previously won a prestigious Green Apple Award.

Forrest says its continued investment into the business is the reason behind the shortlist successes.
